Hire a venue
Malmö Konsthall is an architectural gem in central Malmö, located by the Triangeln train station. You can book a meeting room or event space for private events, optionally combined with a guided tour or lunch at Restaurant Smak.
Malmö Konsthall rents out the Odradek meeting room, which accommodates around twelve people, and the C Hall, which accommodates up to 90 people. Please note that our spaces are not available for public events, only for meetings and private events with invited guests. This is to ensure that external programs are not confused with the art hall’s own public activities.
Bookings
For booking inquiries, email info.konsthall@malmo.se or the art gallery’s administrative assistant elizabeth.nasimbwa@malmo.se. Please state the date and time you wish to book, how many people you are, what type of program it is, if you have special needs and if you would like to book a guided tour of the ongoing exhibition with one of our guides. You should receive a response from us within 48 hours. For catering and lunch, contact restaurant Smak at info@restaurangsmak.se or 040 50 50 35.
General
- Capacity: 12 people (room size: 45 square meters)
- Equipment: Projector, meeting table with seating for 15 people. No external speakers, just the projector’s built-in speakers.
- Daytime rates: Half day 2,000 SEK, full day 3,000 SEK
- Evening rates: 5,000 SEK
The prices include:
- Staff to welcome you, and handle opening and closing
- Wifi: Malmö Konsthall offers the public network Malmö City. We always recommend downloading presentations beforehand and not relying entirely on wifi.
Prices don´t include:
- Technical staff available during the event

- Daytime rates: Half day 5,000 SEK, full day 9,000 SEK
- Evening rates: 14,000 SEK
