Lenke Rothman Life as Cloth 21.9 2024 – 19.1 2025 This autumn’s exhibition presents a large selection of works by Lenke Rothman (1929–2008). Rothman’s prolific artistic production consists of paintings, drawings, installations, books, sculptures, objects and textiles. Upcoming Drain the Öresund 8.2 – 4.5 2025 The exhibition “Drain the Öresund” brings together artists living on both sides of the bridge, and examines the region as a site of socio-cultural, ecological, technological, economic, and political entanglements at local and global levels. Malmö Konsthall – 50 Years 8.2 2025 – 18.1 2026 “Malmö Konsthall – 50 Years” offers a retrospective of past exhibitions along with a presentation of the building’s architecture. The presentation runs concurrently with other exhibitions in a smaller section of the exhibition hall. Lars Fredrikson 24.5 – 24.8 2025 The exhibition at Malmö Konsthall is marking the first major presentation in Sweden of the French-Swedish artist Lars Fredrikson (1926–1997). Malmö Konsthall will showcase Fredrikson’s multifaceted body of work, which includes paintings, engravings, collages, kinetic sculptures and sound works. Speaking Volumes 13.9 2025 – 18.1 2026 The group exhibition with the working title Speaking Volumes brings to light six unique artistic practices from the USA, UK and Sweden. Participating artists are Nicole Storm, Monica Valentine, Alan Faulds, Mawuena Kattah, Mattias Johansson and David Cheung.
