Speaking Volumes 13.9 2025 – 18.1 2026 The group exhibition “Speaking Volumes” brings to light six unique artistic practices from the USA, UK and Sweden. Participating artists are Nicole Storm, Monica Valentine, Alan Faulds, Mawuena Kattah, Mattias Johansson and David Cheung. Malmö Konsthall – 50 Years Closed – reopens on September 13 22.3 2025 – 18.1 2026 “Malmö Konsthall – 50 Years” offers a retrospective of past exhibitions along with a presentation of the building’s architecture. The presentation runs concurrently with other exhibitions in a smaller section of the exhibition hall. Upcoming CC Hennix 7.2 – 17.5 2026 Malmö Konsthall presents an exhibition showcasing the visual and sound art of Catherine Christer Hennix. While Hennix is best known as a musician and composer of long-form drone compositions, her creative practice extended far beyond music. Smaller exhibitions 12.9 – 2.11 2025 Vad havet hostar upp (What the Sea Spits Up) Together with after-school centers in Malmö, the artists Aleksandra Kucharska and Lotten Pålsson have worked with materials that have ended up in and been brought up from the sea.
