We Can Do Something About It
13.11–8.12.2024 in The Workshop
In the exhibition “We Can Do Something About It”, individual expression takes center stage. Thirteen artists within LSS have spent the spring working on wooden panels, using a variety of materials such as pastel crayons, sandpaper, watercolor, and spray paint.
Participating artists are Michel Kazarian, Annelie Roos, Dina Al Hadj, Sakar Abdullah, Mohamoud Boss, Eva Enoksen, Aida, Å, Andreas Sielski, Olivia Savson Ranisavljevic, Tabasum Azimi, Hazar Seif, Kristoffer Pålsson.
The artist/project leader for the exhibition is Max Avasoo, and the educators/project leaders at Malmö Konsthall are Antje Nilsson and Ylva Brännström.
The exhibition is part of the project Konstlyftet, led by Malmö Konsthall. Konstlyftet is a collaboration with the Department of Culture, the Department of Support for Disabilities in Malmö, and MKB Fastighets AB, aimed at adults with cognitive and/or physical disabilities.

Opening on Wednesday, November 13, from 13 to 15 in The Workshop. Opening speech by Tarek Borg, Chief of Staff at Malmö’s Department of Culture, with music by artist Bjarne B.
The exhibition is open during Malmö Konsthall’s regular hours, with the exception that The Workshop may be reserved for groups on weekdays.
