Since KOO JEONG A’s work OooOoO Malmö was installed, filmmaker Markus Bengtsson has been documenting how the sculpture has been received by the city’s skate scene. Over multiple sessions, he has recorded how skaters, both from Malmö and visiting the city, interact with the piece. These sessions are presented in the film “OooOoO Malmö Sessions”.

In conjunction with the exhibition’s final weekend, we invite you to a screening of the film. The screening will begin with a brief presentation by Markus Bengtsson.

Markus Bengtsson is a Malmö-based filmmaker and photographer. In recent years, he has become known as one of Europe’s most sought-after skate filmmakers, with assignments for Transworld Skateboarding, Solo Skatemag, Free Skateboard Magazine, Vague Skate Mag, Place Skateboard Culture, and Pocket Skateboard Magazine.
