The artworks in the exhibition were sold to benefit AIDS research, which was working towards finding a cure. Both artists and gallery owners waived their fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-body-heading\" id=\"h-en-hyllning-till-aids-utstallningen-1991\">A tribute to the AIDS exhibition of 1991<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Behind the &#8220;Art Against AIDS&#8221; movement in Sweden was the American Bill Rubino, who initiated the exhibitions in Stockholm during the early 1990s. These exhibitions were held in various locations across the country. In Malm\u00f6, Galleri Bengt Adlers, Galerie Leger, Galleri L\u00e5ng, Galleri Wallner, and H\u00e5rlemans Hall were among the participants. In \u201cArt Against AIDS\u201d 2021, some of the participating artists and their works are presented. Some of the works were, in fact, part of the exhibition from 1991, while others were created around the same time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-body-heading\" id=\"h-visas-under-world-pride-2021\">Shown during World Pride 2021<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Art Against AIDS&#8221; is displayed at the Malm\u00f6 Konsthall in conjunction with WorldPride 2021 in Malm\u00f6 and Copenhagen. The artworks are exhibited in a separate room adjacent to the &#8220;Leonilson \u2013 Drawn 1975\u20131993&#8221;, also he was a victim of AIDS. Participating artists are Anette Abrahamsson, Marianne Andersson Emb\u00e4ck, Enrique Battista, Carin Carlsson, Jesper Christiansen, Peter Dacke, Lars Emb\u00e4ck, Torbj\u00f6rn Lim\u00e9 and Leif Palmqvist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-style-information-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33%\">\n<div
