Welcome to an evening of art, performance and music. Restaurant SMAK&#8217;s bar is open all evening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a career spanning over fifty years, <strong>Roman Signer<\/strong> has redefined what sculpture can be by working with materials in various time-based processes. Signer&#8217;s work has come to represent a distinct style within the genre of sculpture, and he is now considered one of the leading representatives of process and conceptual art. This exhibition at Malm\u00f6 Konsthall is Signer&#8217;s first major solo exhibition in Sweden and Scandinavia. Since 2006, PLX has created performances, installations and festivals both in Sweden and internationally, and annually organizes the esteemed PLX festival in the Blekinge archipelago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Programme<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>19\u201321 Opening in the presence of the artist Roman Signer<br><br>Welcome speeches &amp; introduction by <strong>Mats Stjernstedt<\/strong>, Director of Malm\u00f6 Konsthall, and <strong>Inger Lindstedt<\/strong>, Chair of The Society for the Preservation of Cultural Heritage and Green Parks in Malm\u00f6. Roman Signer activates the work\u00a0Sands\u00e4ule\u00a0(Column of Sand, 2008). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>21\u201300 Music, performance &amp; bar<br><br>The exhibition hall closes at 9 p.m. and the party continues in restaurant SMAK and in the courtyard until midnight. Music &amp; performance with Francesca Burattelli, Richard Krantz and others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Italian-born <strong>Francesca Burattelli<\/strong> has established herself on the Danish music and art scene in recent years with her distinctive experimental pop music-performances.&nbsp;Burattelli&#8217;s unique vocals are the mainstay of her electronic universe, which embraces pop, rap and orchestral elements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Swedish artist <strong>Richard Krantz<\/strong> is interested in language, loneliness and humor.
